    Imagine an 80-year-old with a hearing impairment who is stuck at YYZ because her mobility escort dumped her without a boarding pass at the gate of a cancelled flight. And then she was just told to go pick up her 18kg suitcase... This is terrifying, and given Pearson Airport's reputation, it could be potentially life-threatening. But then help arrives - she is treated like a human being, put up in a hotel, and comforted with extra TLC. Additional travel arrangements are made to accommodate her needs, and she is put on the next available flight home. Thank you, Kiran Rajdev, for helping my mom when she needed it so desperately. As you modestly said, you were just doing your job. I wish there were more people like you.

    Their super helpful staff made our first, unplanned stay in Toronto much more pleasant than we could have hoped for. Due to a delay, we missed our connection from Toronto to San Jose, Costa Rica, but they handled it and us really well. After taking us to the hotel and feeding us, they even bothered to come back and give us some toothbrushes since our baggage was "somewhere" at the airport.

    My group and I were delayed for about 6 hours on a Turkish Air flight landing in Toronto. Kiran and his team were very helpful. They took care of us, arranging for a hotel for 15 of us, providing food at 2:30 am, and offering breakfast and a shuttle the next morning. Kiran went above and beyond by personally arranging for my girlfriend and me to get new Air Canada tickets booked for the next day at no additional cost!     Kiran and his staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Our Cubana flight was delayed, and we initially thought it would be until the next morning. They stayed with us for a total of 24 hours, and despite being fatigued, they never displayed it to the stressed and frustrated passengers. For myself and my family, we felt they went above and beyond the call of duty, displaying professionalism while maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor. They kept us distracted during the long, continuous delays, and the hotel they chose was great. They made an otherwise intolerable experience, dare I say, fun.     The staff here was very responsive and solved a plethora of issues. One of the staff members, Christian (that was the gentleman's first name), was awesome. He helped out passengers with their luggage and was on the ball until late at night when the stranded passengers were checked into the hotel. He was also available in the early morning hours to ensure that all of us caught our respective flights.
